The necessary documents and certificates from different government departments shall be collected to support operations. Basically, they include Trading Permission Certificate (TPC), Business License (BL), Taxation Registration Certificates (TRC), Organization Code Certificate (OCC), Bank related documents. Some of extra may be required based on specific industry or business area due to foreign investment policies of China.
The documents and certificates are the evidence for the existence of an entity so they need to keep updated as the real situation. If any changes regarding the contents showed on the certificates, an update application process to related department shall be proceeded.
