Is it necessary to process anything when the information is required during company registering, such as the amount of capital invested, number of shareholders, office address, the structure of key management team and the name of key management member etc.? 

The answer is yes. When the information required during a company registering, an updated application by paper or online shall be implemented in order to get the real existing information is in consistent with the information recorded in the governmental offices. This will support Annual Review tasks easier. Or it might be given penalty if information hasn't kept updated over certain length of period, some of them are 3 months and the others could be 6 months.
