Are there any actions shall be proceeded in order to comply with the related laws and regulations? Is Audit a compulsory matter or optional? 

Yes, at least there is an annual review for all certificates applied and achieved from governmental offices, specifically from different functional monitoring departments, such as Business License from Marketing Monitoring and Administrative Office, Import & Export Permission Certificate from Customs etc.. 

Currently these are proceeded online by inputting information required properly. Not complicated but shall be completed by deadline and refreshing all updated information such as office address, business scope etc.
