Fees are quoted based on time consumed and skill of level involved in a professional service company.However, sometimes, it is hard to predict all of the necessary efforts required to complete a task with an ideal service quality. Challenges could come any time and it requires extra resources. Whatever happened, commitment is our commitment. In the followings, we will share some of the cases presenting our performance in compliance with our commitments.

Case 1

The letter of legal representative’s name involved became an obstacle of passing annual review process. Some foreign friends’ name could have over 30 letters. This challengesour government system.

 Joint annual review to aforeign registered company involved 8 governmental departments. Customs is added up in year 2018. WealthSharings provides the service of annual review as value-added to an annual maintenance service, means no charge on this service. Maintenance service includes monthly bookkeepings and periodical tax filings.

Keys to complete this service are labor input and avoiding the possibility of system crash before Jun.30th as all foreign companies have to complete the task by this day.

One challenge we faced for this year.

‘Failure’appeared and was not able to save and move to next step after inputting 8 departments’ data. A suggestion on using different IE was provided.

 Luckily, there are 3 different IEs in our office. We tried one by one in repeat inputting 8 departments’ data and got the same result- ‘Failure’.

Then we called 12315 technique department for help. We could not get to talk to assistants via the line although we tried hard in many times.

How could we do then? We tried the QQ technique support on the official website. It had to queue. Eventually, it suggested us to go to check with the computer operational office and a specific address in Zhuzilin was given.

We went to the office advised above. Tried but still failed. A suggestion was to call 83070504 for help.

Havingc alled 83070504, we were told to take the case to Central Office of Market & Quality Supervision of Commission (MQSC).

In the MQSC department, people tried hard time by time, failure still appeared but they did not push the problem alway and were sure there must be certain contents were inputted incorrectly. Good luck to us, we got a right office eventually,we talked to ourselveds!

And then they tried the date inputted one by one. Finally, the problem with the length of the legal representative’s name was found. It could go through when the nameabbreviated.

During the whole process, we are keen on searching solutions to solve the problem.What fees we charge for the case is out of our attention!
